The products ordered by the Customer will be transferred to the courier/carrier service provider within a maximum of 3 working days from the date of acceptance of the Order (maximum 5 working days from the date of the Order). If the returned Products show indications that they have been unpacked, worn or tried on, the Customer agrees that the Seller has the right to qualify this situation as one not allowing the return, in which case the Purchasing Costs will not be refunded to Client. In such a situation, the Customer has the right to receive back the Products returned to the Seller, but exclusively subject to the Customer bearing the transport costs related to the return.
